You can pay your premium directly at any of our branches or pay through mobile money, DDACC or bank transfer.
Yes, you can. We offer instalments up to 6 months when you pay your premium through our DDACC platform.
Claims are paid out within 21 working days after all paper work has been signed and/or submitted.

The procedure is that the salvages have to be advertised and clients are then free to view and bid through the tender box. The highest bidder is offered to buy the salvage.

ZSIC General Insurance does not offer policies that mature. We only offer short term non-life policies that cover motor vehicles, houses, businesses and agriculture.
